I do hereby give you Notice that I intend three Months after the
Date hereof to pull down the House belonging to me late used as a Coach
house and Stable situate on the East Side of Tretter Lane in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn in the City of London and also situate on the
North side of and adjoining to a House belonging to you as the Owner
thereof and now untenanted and to erect a new house on the Saile of
the said House I shall so pull down and also to pull down the Partition
Wall between the said Houses And I do hereby name Mr. Richard
Norris of the Parish of Saint Andrews Holborn
aforesaid Bricklayer
and Mr.

of the said Parish of Saint Andrews Holborn
Carpenter
being two able Workmen to view the said Wall on the
twelfth day of March next ensuing at eleven of the Clock in the
forenoon And I do hereby desire and require you within three Weeks after
this Notice to name two other able Workmen to view the said Wall at the
time hereinbefore mentioned for that purpose And I do hereby also give
you Notice that in case you shall refuse or neglect within three Weeks
after this Notice to name two able Workmen to take a View of the said
Wall together with the said
