I do hereby give you Notice that I think it necessary and intend at
the Expiration of three Months from the Date hereof to pull down the
partition a party Wall between a certain House belonging to

Esquire
as the Owner thereof in your Occupation and a certain
House adjoining belonging to me as the Owner thereof in the Occupation
of
John Johnson< no role >
both situate in Broadstreet
London in order to bail
a new party Wall in the Stead thereof Therefore please to name two or
more able Workmen within three Weeks from the Date hereof to meet
two or more such able workmen as I shall name to the Intent that the said
partition a party Wall intended to be pulled down may within the Space
of one Month from the Date hereof be viewed by four or more such
Workmen whether the same is not defective and ruinous and ought to
be pulled down and a new party Wall erected in the Stead thereof
pursuant to the Acts of parliament in such Case made and provided And
in Case You neglect a refuse to name two or more such Workmen
within the time aforesaid then I shall name four or more able Workmen
to view the said partition or party Wall intended to be pulled down as
aforesaid Dated the EleventhDay of January 1765.
