Edward Denton< no role > of Grays Inn Lune in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn Gentleman Maketh Oath that on [..] day
Tuesday the fifth Day of this Instant June he the Deponent
did Personally serve John Wilks< no role > and James Hall< no role > Witnesses in
this Cause with a true Copy of the Paper Writing hereunto
Annexed Purporting that the said Deft should as on this Day
at her of the Clock in the forenoon at Justice Hall in the
Old Bailey (or as soon after as the Court there would Permitt)
Surrender himself & take his Fryall an the Indictment preferred
against him in the above Cause And this Deponent Saith
that he did on such fifth Day of June leave another true Copy of such Notice at the George
in Long Acre with the Landlord of the House where Richard
Fuller
< no role > another Witness in this Cause & in such Notice named lately Lodged
And did also an the said fifth of June leave at the said
Richard Fullers Lodgings in Little Warner Street Clerkenwell
another true Copy of the same Notice And also did or the sd
fifth of June deliver to and leave with the Wife of the Prosecutor
Joahim Gerhard Baas< no role > another true Copy of the said Notice & that
he Yesterday Called on this Deponent and acknowledged the
Receipt thereof which Notice and Copys were all respectively
signed by the said Joseph Watson< no role >
