Sir

I hereby give you Notice that Intend on the 31st day of
August now next ensuing to pull down the Messuage or Tenement lately
converted into a Couch house and Stable situated on the East Side of Feller
Lane in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn London Situate on the North
Side of a Messuage belonging to you as the Owner thereof and adjourning thereto
and now in the Occupation of Alexander Macrea< no role > and to erect a new
Dwelling House on the Suite of the said Coach house and Stable and that
I think it necessary and intend to pull down the old Partitions and Walls
between the aforesaid two Messuages or Premises that a Party Wall may
be erected and built instead thereof according to the Directions of the Acts
of Parliament in that Case made and provided dated this 28th day of May 1764
