aforesaid he this Deponentdid on or about the
fifth day of September lastCause another
Certificate to be taken out upon the said Indictment against the said
Defendant and a Warrant to be gotten thereon against the said Defendant
but this Deponent saith that notwithstanding he hath endeavoured to
find out the said Defendant in order to get him Apprehended upon the
said last mentioned Warrant he this Deponent hath not yet been able
so to do and verily believes that he conceals himself in order to avoid
being Tryed upon the said Indictment and this Deponent saith that he
will still use his utmost Endeavours to get the said Defendant
Apprehended to Answer to the said Indictment and therefore humbly
hopes that this Deponents said Recognizance may stand Respited for
that Purpose
