& ye said other Person whose name this Dept.

Times at the Sheriffs Coachman & thike ye Coachman
Several Times with the Mud so Thrown
That while Mr Cook was Conducting Mr Harley out
of his Chariot, He saw Mud upon Mr Harley in
Several Places & observed that he had Blood upon
his Face

Sworn upon his Oath saith
That he attended Mr Sheriff Harley from his Chariot
to the Fire & Stood by him whilst he read the Paper
During all which Time Mr Harley was Pelted with
Mud by the Populace which seemed to be all armed
at the Sheriff And that a Great Part of the Mud fell
on ye Sheriff
That upon the Sheriffs returning towards Cheapside
He saw Several Sticks taken up by Persons not known
to this Deponent out of the Fire & Thrown at the Chariot
and that one of the Sticks Struck one of Mr Harleys
Footmen & he [..] seemed to be much hurt and another of the
Sticks Broke the Front Glass of ye Chariot
