The humble Petition and Prayer of John Prince< no role > a Prisoner

Sheweth

That on the Twenty third day of September last Your Petitioner
was committed Prison to the Gate house Prison at Westminster
for feloniously publishing as true in the City of London a certain
Bill of Exchange Purporting to be the Bill of Exchange of G:Bricklan
Etc. drawn on William Orcherton< no role > for the Sum of £125. in Favour
of him the said John Prince< no role > knowing the Same to be false forged and
Counterfeited with an Intent to cheat and defraud Robert Mackoun< no role > Esqr.
And now is a Prisoner confined in Newgate under the same Charge

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays that
at this present Session of Goal Delivery of Newgate
holden for the City of London and County of Middlesex
he may be tried bailed or discharged pursuant to the
Statute in that Case made and provided
