came in pretty much intoxiated with Liquor

a Job or not on which the deced Spoke saying
you had more need to help your self & son to [..]
Job, then Newton: Garnett then sayed to the
deced, you had more need help yourself to Tools
then use the Tools of others & abuse them as you
do: the deced then stuffed [..] Garnett against
the Sashed Doors; Garnett [..] having then an Hammer
in his hand told the deced if he did not go about
his Business he would knock the deced down with
it: says he having some Glew to take care of
youhe went into [..] another part of the Room
that was partitioned off therefore could not
see Garnett strike the deced but heard of a
sound of something, and Killingsworth say
you have killed the under upon wch Dept. looked
through the Partition & saw the deced lying upon
the Floor Dept. next to his Assistance he was
speechless several Minutes; a Gentleman soon
afterwards came to bleed thin, that he Bled freely
and was soon afterwards carried to the Hospital as
Dept. was informed & believes Says he has been
intermiately acquainted with sd. Garnet for 12
years last or thereabouts always took him
for a quiet & peaceable person
