London Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith that on Monday
last being the Twenty Second Day of this Instant June he was
Present and did see Edward Evans< no role > the Prosecution in this Cause
and in the General Release he unto Annexed Named freely and
Voluntarily sign, Seal, and Execute the said Release for the Use
and Benefit of the said Defendant Rice Jones< no role > in the said Release
likewise Named and this Deponent further Saith that he is a
Subscribing Wittness thereto
