in the County of Wilts
a Parcell
sealed up and directed to this Informant containing a Deed
or Parchment writing bearing date the Twenty Seventh day of
November one thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight and
purporting to be an Indenture of Lease from the Right Honourable

to the said John Ayliffe< no role >
of a Farm and Lands in the said
County of Witts called Russley Parke
with the appurtenances
for ninety nine years determinable on three Lives at and under the yearly rent of Five pounds
And the said Charles Pottle< no role >
at the Same time delivered to this
Informant a Letter Dated Saturday Night directed to Mr Lodge
and Subscribed I. Ayliffe And this Informant saith that he hath
often seen the said John Ayliffe< no role >
write and is well acquainted with
the Character and manner of his hand writing And that the said
Deed or Parchment Writing and the said Letter are as this
Informant verily beleives of the proper hand writing of the said
