Sheweth

That your Petitioner was Committed on a Strong
Suspicion of Forging a Bill of Exchange for the Payment of money
knowing the same to be Forged with an intent to defraud

Your Petitioner most humbly
Prays that at this Present Session of
Goal Delivery of Newgate aforesaid he
may for the Forgery aforesaid be either
Tried Bailed or Dicharged Pursuant to
the Statute in such Case made and
