Take notice that I the Defendant will Personally appear at the
next Sessions of Oyer and Terminer to be holden for the City of
London at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey on Wednesday Morning
the thirtieth day of his instant May and plead not Guilty to
the Indictment preferred against me at the last Sessions for
Perjury and that I the said Defendant will at the same Sessions
try the said indictment and for that purpose that I the said
Defendant will on the Wednesday Morning or as soon
after as Council can be heard move the Court to appoint
a time in the same Sessions for the Trial thereof Dated the
15th day of May 1759
