The humble Petition and Appeal
of the Overseers of the Poor of the
Liberty of the Rolls in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Order under the hands and Seals of
the Right Honourable Sr . Richd. Glyn< no role > Knt . Lord Mayor and
F: Cokayne Esqr . two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the City of London and Liberty's thereof (one of the Quorum)
bearing date the Eleventh day of Novr. 1758. Mary Wells< no role >
Widow of Thos. Wells< no role > deceased was Removed from the Precinct
of Whitefryars London to the Liberty of the Rolls in the
County of Middlesex as the Place of her last legal Settlemt.
whereby your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be agrieved
and against the said Order do appeal

Your Petrs. therefore humbly pray
the Judgment and determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal
