Who on her Oath faith, that According to the Information
of her Parents and as she verily believes she
was Born in the Parish of Saint Mary at
Whitechapel in the County of Middx
And hath not since her Birth obtained any other subsequent Settlement
to this Examinant's Knowledge or Belief.
