The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Matthew Bethnal Green in ye. County
of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by a Pass or order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the said City and Liberties (whereof one is of
the Quorum) bearing date the 19th. day of April last
Ann Bailey< no role > Wife of Jeremiah Bailey< no role > (a Sailor in his
Majestys Service) and their two Children Vizt.
Edward< no role > aged 4 Years and Mary< no role > aged 8 Months where
removed from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
in the said City to the said Parish of St. Matthew
Bethnal Green , as the Place of their last legal
settlement.

That your Petitioners and Appellants apprehending
themselves to be aggrieved by the said Order of the said
Two Justices As Appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners & Appellants therefore humbly Pray
that this Court will Appoint a day this Present & Session
for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Giles and all other Person
