Be it remembred that on this fifth day of June
in the
thirty first year of the Reign of His Majesty King George
the second

, Fisherman
is Convicted before me one of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Surry
For bending a Net over the River Thames
during the time of
Flood on the Seventeenth day of May last at Sion Reach
whereby the Fish were hindred and kept back from swiming
upwards to the benefits of such Fisherman
as dwell in the
West part of the said River against the Rules Orders and
Ordinances made in Pursuance of an Act of Parliament
for the Regulation of the Fisherman
on the River Thames
and I Do adjudge him to pay and forfeit for the same
the Sum of Fifty shillings. Given under my Hand and
Seal the day Year aforesaid
