Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of your Lordship and

Esquire
two of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the City of London
aforesaid (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the ninth day of
February last past
Winifred Flannegan< no role >
wife
of
William
Flannagen< no role >
who is gone away from her and whose Settlement cannot
be found as it is alledged by the said Order was removed from the
Parish of Saint James in Dukes place
London unto the said
Parish of Saint Luke
alledging the said Parish of Saint Luke to be
her last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves
agrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant
and therefore humbly appeal against the
same
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
