within the Said City on Monday the twenty

in the twenty ninth year
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain
Etc.
Whereas the Churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary White Chappel
in the County of Middx
have Exhibited their humble Petition and appeal at this
present Session against the order and removal herein
after mentioned setting forth that David Boovey< no role >
was
removed from the parish of Saint Peters in Cornhill
in the Said City of London
to the Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapple
aforesaid as the Place of his last legal
Settlement by a pass warrant or order of removal under
the hands and Seals of Thomas Rawlinson< no role >

. and
Robert Alsop< no role >
Esqr
. two of his Majestys Justices of the
peace
for the Said City of London
(one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the fifteenth day of April last Whereby
the Petitioners Conceiving themselves aggrieved Where
Upon at the request and by Consent of the Said Parties
Appellant and respondent it is ordered that the hearing &
Determination of the Said Petition and appeal be and
the Same is adjourned unto the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be held for this City at the
Guild hall
aforesaid on Monday the twelfth Day of July
next And the benefit of the Said Appeal is hereby saved
to the Said Appellants in the mean time
