of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Michael Bassishaw
in London
Sheweth
That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Twenty fifth Day of
October in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty five

conveyed from and out of the Parish of Alhallows on the Wall

the said Order or Pass Warrant and Pray
Such Relief in the Premises as to your Lordship
and Worships shall seem most meet.
