The humble Petition and appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Andrews Hubbard London

Sheweth

That by a Pass or order of Removal under the
hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the said City and Libertys
thereof (whereof one is of the Quorum) Esther
Hazleham< no role > Singlewoman was removed from
the parish of Saint Brides London to the said
parish of Saint Andreww Hubbard [..] place of
their last legal Settlement

That ye Petr. and Appellants apprehendery
themselves to be aggreived by the said order of
the said two Justices do appeal to this Court
against the same

Your Petrs. & Appellts therefor pray
that this Court willapprehenderythis Save to
them the benefit of this appeal to ye Petrs. and
adjourn the determination [..] thereof to the next
Genll. Quarter Sessns. of the peace for this City and
grant such other Relief to ye. petrs. as to this Court
shall Seem Meet
