The humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Michael at Queen Hithe
London
Sheweth
That by an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the Twenty ninth Day of October in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven hundred and fifty five A Child baptized by
the Name of Mary aged about Two years was removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
London
aforesaid into the said Parish of Saint Michael at
Queen Hithe
upon the Oath of

themselves aggrieved thereby Do Humbly
Appeal against the said Order or Pass
