That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the

said City two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the ninth day of January one thousand
seven hundred and fifty six

aged
five years (as therein named) was removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Botolph Aldersgate
London unto the said Parish
of Saint John
as the Place of her last legal
Settlement.
Your Petitioners Conceiving
themselves aggrieved thereby Do humbly
appeal against the said Order or Pass
Warrant and pray such Relief in the
Premisses as to your Lordships and
Worships shall seemmeetmeet
