The Humble Petition and Prayer of
John Coe< no role > a Prisoner

Sheweth

That on the Twentieth Day of November last
Your Petitioner was Committed Prisoner to his Majestys
Prison of Newgate London for Feloniously Buying and
Receiving Two Parcells of Shalleck the Quantity of
Seventy Pounds and Upwards of the Value of Forty
Shillings and Upwards Stollen out of the Lighte is in the
River of Thomas knowing the same to be Stollen And now
is a Prisoner Confined in Newgate aforesaid under the same Charge

Your Petitioner therefore most Humbly
Prays That at this present Session of Goal
Delivery of Newgate Holden for the CIty
of London and County of Middlesex
he may be Tryed Bailee a Discharged
Pursuant to the Statute in that Case
Made and Provided

And your Petitioner shall pray Etc.
