before me by Mr. Hide Constable and Charged upon the
Oath of

the said Alexander John Mc. ester for feloniously taking and
Carrying away out of the Dwelling House of the said James
Clark and Company a great Quantity of Cochineal Judge
and other things the property of the said

and
Company. And the said
Edward Griffin< no role >
for feloniously
receiving the same in the Parish of St. Anns
in the
County of Middlesex
knowing the same to be Stolen against
the peace Etc. Them safely keep in your said Custody until
they Shall be discharged by due Course of Law Given under
my hand and Seal this 31st. day of May 1756
