in the County of Surry Dry Salter maketh Oath
that the Facts for wch. the said Alexander John
Mcester is comitted a cose in the County of Surry &
not else where & that the Dwelling house of
him this Deponent his partners out of wch. the
Goods mentioned in the Warrant of the said
Defendts. Comitment is scituation ye sd. Twon a Burrough in the sd. County
of Surry and that the Defendt. Mcester has
confessed the having stoll'n above forty pounds
Worth of Goods out of the sd. Dwelling house
the property of this Deponent & his said
partners

Sworn at Justice Hall in ye
Old Baily on the 5th. day
of June 1756 .
