Peter Dangicourt< no role > Sollr for James Mamamar< no role > and
Thomas Owens< no role > (the Bail Bound in the Recognizance for
the Appearance of the said Dependant at the last September
Sessions) Maketh Oath that the said Andrew Collgan< no role > did not at
the Said last Sessions appear according to the said Recognizance
but absented himself from his said Bail and Still doth absent
and is not to be found by the said Bail as this Deponent
hath been informed by the said Bail And which this Deponent
believes to be true And this Deponent Saith that the said Bail
have made strict enquiry and search after the said Andrew
Collgan in Order to Surrender him up but have not as yet been
able to find him but say they believe they shell be able to
take him the said Depondant in Order to surrender him between
this and the Next Sessions as the said Bail have also informed
this Depont. and which this Depont. also Verity believes to
be true And this Depont. Saith that James Mamamara one
of the said Bail is now at Bristoll about business and will
soon be in London as this Depont. is also informed by the
said Mamamara's Wife And which this Depont. believes
Likewise to be true And this Depont. further Saith that he
has this day called at the House the said Thomas Owens< no role > and
was told by his servant as this Depont. believes) that he
was not at home but was out about Business but could
not tell whose
