Whereas Sundry Differences have Arisen and been had between Samuel Vaughan< no role > of London
Merchant of the One part And John Stott< no role > of London Mariner of the other part for Ending and
Determining Whereof they the said Party & by their Reciprocal Bonds of Abitration bearing Date then
Seventh Day of this Instants Month of September did referr all and all Manner of Action and Actions
Cause and Causes of Action suits Bills Bonds Specialtys Judgments Executions Extents Quarrels
Controversys Trespasses Damages and Demands Whatsoever then depending between them Unto the Award
Order Arbitrament final End and determination of Samuel Fludyer< no role > and Thomas Chitty< no role > of London
Esquires And Nathaniel Bassnett< no role > Charles Pole< no role > and James Henckell< no role > of London Merchants or any
Three of them So as the said Arbitrators or any three of them did make their Award in the Premisses in
Writing under their Hands and seals ready to be delivered to the said Partys in Difference on or before
the Twelfth Day of this Instant Month of September as be the said Bonds of Arbitration relation being
thereunto had may Appear Now Know all Men by these Presents That we the said Samuel Hudyer< no role >
Thomas Chitty< no role > and James Henckell< no role > being Three of the Arbitrators Named and Authorised in and by the said
Bonds having taken Upon us the burthen and business of the said Award and Maturely heard and
Considered the Allegations and Proofs on both sides and carefully examined the Papers and Vouchers by
them to us produced Dohere by Award and Order that the said Samuel Vaughan< no role > do and shall well and
truly Pay or cause to be paid Unto the said John Stott< no role > or his Order on to Morrow being the Thirteenth Day
of this Instant Month of September between the Hours of Ten and Eleven of the Clock in the forenoon at
the Office of Browne and Ogier Publick Novarys in Popeshead Alley London the sum of Four Pounds of
Lawfull Money of Great Britain Which wed [..] Award shall be in full Discharge of All Action and Actions
at Law Civil or Criminal And also in full Ballance and Discharge of all Accounts Claims & Demands
of what Nature or Denomination soever depending between the said Partys for or by reason or Means of any
Transactions proceedings Dealings Quarrels or Conduct whatsoever between the said Partys from the beginning
of the World Unto the Day of the Date of the above United Bonds of Arbitration Also we do hereby Award
And Order that the said Parrys in difference do and shall at the time and Place above mentioned reciprocally
Sign seal and Deliver Unto, or to the Use of Each other Ample General Releaes in the usual form And
Lastly we do here by Award that the said Partys in difference shall pay and discharge share and share
a like the Charges of the Above recited Bonds, these Awards and the Releases hereby Ordered to be given
In Witness whereof We the said Samuel Fludyer< no role > Thomas Chitty< no role > and James Henckell< no role > have hereunto
Severally Sett our Hands and Seals the Twelfth Day of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Fifty four.
