that dureing this Transaction the said Mc Daniel demanded
of her half a Guinea on which she told him she only has three
or four Shillings in her Pocket if he would take that he was
Welcome to it in hopes of her being released being in great
Confusion and freight from her being threatened to be Murdered
but she gave him no money and then was permitted to get up
again That thereupon the other Person that was in Company
whose Name she since, has likewise been informed is John
Atkinson forciably Pushed her down upon the Ground against
and then lay upon her and made her put his Privitye into her's
and was along Time upon her near a Quarter of an hour before
he spent in her and had it several Times in and Out before he
had done with her That leaveing her near the Door of the
Room she bethought herself of an Oyster Knife that was by her
side with which she Opened the Door of the Room freightened
as she was and run down Stairs and Cryed out she was ruined
and undone that they had all lain with her on which they
were all Secured That dureing the last Transaction with
Atkinson Mc Daniel< no role > Declared the if she had Ten Pounds
in her Pocket he would have it all before he left her And
this Examination further saith that the said Atkinson dureing
the Time he lay with her he Put his Tongue down the Roof of
her Mouth and that the Time she was in the Room with
them might be about an hour from the first to the last and
that she durst not Cry out all the Time for fear of being
Murdered or Killed and further this Examinant saith not.
