& taken this 13th Day of August 1753
before me one of his Majestyes Justices of the
Peace in and for the City of London
at the Guild
hall
of the said City
Who on his oath Saith That on Saturday Nightaboutlast
about ten of the Clock as he was lyeing on bed adjoyneing to a
wound where Some Company not Eating of Oysters he heard
a person & Moneing as if it was a Women and Say [..] my
poor Soul I Shall dye let me go home which occasioned since
to get up and goe down Stairs & acquaint one Edward West< no role >
another Waiter
in the house and that not long after the
Woman
came down Stairs wringing her hands and said
other Rogues & Williams had undone her and ruined her
In they all there had luin with her against her will and
had threatned to Murder her if the made a Noise
