The Examination of Diana the Wife of
Samuel Pushee< no role > Ticket Porter taken before
me one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said City the 13th Day of Augst.
1753 at the Guildhall of the said City as
follows.

Who on her saith That on Saturday last between
nine and Ten of the Clock at Night She was called upon by
one of the Boys that waits at the Queens Arms Alehouse in
Newgate Street to bring some Oysters that accordingly [..]
she went and was shewed into a Room there up on Pair of
Stairs wherein there were three Persons who Ordered her to
Open some Oysters which she accordingly did till such Time
as they would have no more then they all of them begun to
Talk very indecently to her she at first apprehended
to be in yest and told them she took them to be Gentlemen of
more honour but still they persisted to be rude with her
and one of them went and Shut the Door of the Room (whose
Name she since has been informed is Dominick Mc Daniel< no role >
who Swore if she resisted theri lyeing with her or Cryed out
to make a Noise he would Kill her this Examinant on the
Spot or words to that Effect on which she Nolt decen of her Knees
to another of them whose Name since she has likewise been
informed is Barry James Tooker and beged him for Gods sake
to be mercifull to her but instead of shewing Compassion on
her he [..] her down in the Floor and forceably lay with her
and [..] to Put his Privitge into her's against her
Will and her Spent in her and then bid her got up dureing
all which Transaction she durst not Cry out or make a Noise
for fear of being Murdered as aforesaid That as soon as the
said Tooker had done with her then the said Dominick
Mc Daniel laid hold of her forced her Down and made her put
