To the Right Honoble : the Lord Mayor and
other his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the City of London in Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Saviour
in Southwark in the County of Surry

Humbly Sheweth


That by an Order under the hands & Seals of the Right
Honoble. Francis Cokayne< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor and
Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Esqr . Two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the City of London bearing date
the 10 day of January Instant Ann Pujelow< no role >
(Wife of John Pujelow< no role > gone away from her) was
removed from the Parish of Allhallows London
Wall in the City of London to our said Parish
of [..] St. Saviour in Southwark as the Place
of her last legal Settlement whereby We
think ourselves aggrieved

We therefore humbly appeal
against the said Ordered pray that this Court
will now be pleased to hear and determine
the said Appeal the Respondents being
ready and desirous of having the same
now heared & determined

And as in duty bound Your Petrs. shall pray Etc
