in the County of Middx upon the Oath of the said Mary
Stevens & other Circumstances that her last legal Settlement was in
the said Parish of St. Mary And now upon hearing the Petition &
Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of
St Mary Matfellon otherwise Whitechappell
agt. the sd. Warrt & the
Judgment of the sd. two Justices in the presence & hearing of the Ch-
Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. Parish of St. Magnus
and
having heard what could be Alledged on either Side by the [..]
Churchwardens & Overseers their Council & Witns in & Concerning the
premesd. It is Ordered by this Court that the sd. Warrant & Judgmt
of the said two Justices be and the same is hereby and by & with
the Consent of all parties Confirmed And that the said Mary
Stevens be provided for & maintained by the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of Saint Mary aforesaid
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due
Course of Law.
