The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Stephen Walbrook

Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City (one being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 29th. Day of August 1750

his Wife
were removed from the Parish of St. Ann in
Black Fryars
in the said City to the said Parish of St. Stephen
Walbrook as
the place of their last legal Settlement By which your
Petitioners Humbly conceive themselves Aggrieved And Appeal to
this Court against the said Order
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that
your Worships will be pleased to hear and
Determine the Matters touching this Appeal
and give them such Relief in the Premises as
to Your Wrships shall seem Just and Meet
And your Petitioner shall ever Pray Etc
