To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace
Assembled at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
holden of Guildhall in and for the City of London

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George the Martyr
Southwark in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That the right honble Francis Cockayne< no role > Esqr : Lord Mayor of
the City of London and Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr . One of the Aldermen of
the said City two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
said City upon Complaint made to them by the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. BotolphBishop
gate London That Sarah Perry< no role > Widow of Robert Perry< no role > Deceased
was lately come into the said Parish Endeavouring to Settle
there contrary to Law Did by an Order or Warrant of Removal
Under their hands and Seals Dated the 10th. day of April 1751
Order the said Sarah Perry< no role > to be removed and Conveyed
from the said Parish of St. Botolph Bishopgate to the said
Parish of St. George in Southwark as the place of her last
legall Settlement

That the said Sarah Perry< no role > by Virtue of the said Order
hath been removed and Conveyed from the said Parish
of St Botolph Bishopgate to the said Parish of St George
Southwark where She now remains chargeable to the
same Parish

Your Petitioners Apprehending themselves
Aggrieved by the said Orders or Warrant of
Removal made by the said two Justices
as Aforesaid Do therefore humbly Appeal
against the same
