assembled.

The humble petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Mary Matfellon otherwise White Chapel
in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands and seals of two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the City of London aforesaid (one whereof being
of the quorum) bearing date the eighth day of December last Mary Stevens< no role >
singlewoman was removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of St. Magnus
London into the said parish of St. Mary Matfellon otherwise White Chappel aforesaid

Your petitioners conceiving themselves aggreived by the
said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices of the peace
humbly appeal to this Court against the same and pray
that the hearing and determining the said Appeal may
be adjoined until the next general quarter Session of the
peace to be held in and for the said City And that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Magnus London aforesaid & all other persons
concerned may attend this Court to hear and abide the Judgment
& determination of this Court touching thisthe saidAppeal
