was out of my Company (meaning Company) the washing was begune befor I came and the Cloves (meaning Cloaths) was not
all got out of the way till ye Satterday Night we never was abroad but one day in the Week it
was one (meaning on) the Friday Inever was out of her Company (meaning Company) all that day it was about eight
o Clock at Right when we came home to Supper to ye best of my knowledge what we had that Right
was tow (meaning two) Fowles rested Whereas in truth and in fact she the said Mary Tannatt< no role > was not
in Company with the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. on the said ninth day of November in the year of our
Lord One thousand seven hundred and thirty nine And whereas in truth and in fact the said Mary
Tannatt could never depose swear or give in Evidence the matters contained in the said paper Writing
so sent to her as [..] aforesaid acco [..] to truth And who as truth [..] fact [..] the said time
when she the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. so sent the said Paper Writing to the said Mary in form
aforesaid she the said Elizabeth well knew that the said Mary could not according to truth
depose swear or give in Evidence the matters contained in the said Paper Writing so sent by her
the said Elizabeth to the said Mary To the great hinderance of Justice To the evil Example
of all others in the like Case offending and against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown
and Dignity
