of the said County of Middx then and there sworn and charged to Inquire for our said Lord the King for the Body of
the said County It was presented in manner and form as followeth that is to say Middlesex to witt The Jurors for
our Lord the King upon their Oaths present that Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. late of the Parish of Kensington in the County
of Middlesex Wife of John Nicholls< no role > Gentleman and Edward Bygrave< no role > late of the said Parish of Kensington in the
said County of Middlesex Labourer not having the Fear of God before their Eyes but being moved and seduced by the
Instigation of the Devill and falsely unjustly and unlawfully conspiring together and intending greatly to injure and oppress
one William Frankland< no role > of London Brewer in his good name, and reputation and to cause the said William Frankland< no role > to be
Imprisoned for Felony on the ninth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and thirty
nine at the Parish of Kensington in the said County of Middlesex with force and arms and so forth falsely wickedly and
devilishly did combine conspire and agree together against all Truth and Justice to procure the said William Frankland< no role > (the
said William Frankland< no role > then being a Prisoner in his said Majesty's Goal of Newgate in the County of Middlesex ) to be
charged upon Oath before one of the Justices ofourthe said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace of our said Lord the
King in the said County of Middlesex and also to hear and determine diverse Felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanurs

committed in the said County of Middlesex with a Felony committed by him the said William Frankland< no role > in the County of
Oxford and to cause [..] the said William Frankland< no role > to be detained in the said Goal of Newgate for the same And that for
the sd Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. and Edward Bygrave< no role > on the sd 9th Day of Novr in the [..] aforesd and it the Parish
aforesd in the sd parish of Middx wth force & arms did further fulsely wickedly dee [..] ly Combine Conspire & agree together agt
all Trully and [..] that

these purposes he the said Edward Bygrave< no role > should personate one John Spurce< no role > of the Parish of Aynoe on the
Hill in the County of Northampton Salesman And the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. and Edward Bygrave< no role > to compleat.
and perfect their said wicked Combinations Intentions and Conspiracy the said ninth day of November in the year aforesaid
at Kensington aforesaid in the said County of Middlesex did go before one William Morice< no role > Esquire then one of the

to some objection, and therefore
I have varied them a little
to remove that objection
