Esquires and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the
peace of our said Lord the King in the County of Middx aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies
Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same County William Benn< no role > Esquire
and Charles Egleton< no role > Esquire Sheriff of the County of Middx aforesaid return the Writ
aforesaid thus Indorsed The within named John Tennant< no role > is not found in my Baliwick
The Answer of William Benn< no role > Esquire and Charles Egleton< no role > Esquire Sheriff Whereupon
at the same General Quarter Sessions of the peace of our said Lord the King last
mentioned by another Writ of our said Lord the King the Sheriff of the County of Middx
aforesaid is Commanded as he had been before Commanded that he omit not by reason of any
Liberty in his Bailiwick but that he take the aforesaid John Tennant< no role > if he shall be
found in his Bailiwick and him safely keep so that he have his Body [..] the Justices
of our said Lord the KIng Assigned to keep the peace of our said Lord the King in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses
and other Misdeeds committed in the said County at the next General Sessions of the
Peace of our said Lord the King to be holden for the said County of Middx to Answer to
Our said Lord the King concerning a certain Felony Whereof he Stands Indicted At
Which said next General Sessions of the Peace of our said Lord the King to wit at the
General Sessions of the Peace of our said Lord the King holden for the County of Middx
aforesaid at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the
twenty first day of February in the said Sixteenth Year of the Reign of our said now Lord
the King before Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire Sir Edward Lawrence< no role > Knight Sir John Gonson< no role >
Knight John Milner< no role > Esquire and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the
King Assigned to keep the Peace of our said Lord the King in the County of Middx aforesaid and also to hear
and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds Committed in the same
County William Benn< no role > Esquire and Charles Egleton< no role > Esquire Sheriff of the County of Middx
aforesaid return the Writ aforesaid thus Indorsed The within named John Tennant< no role >
is not found in my Bailiwick The Answer of William Benn< no role > Esqr . and Charles Egleton< no role > Esqr .
Sheriff Whereupon at the same General Sessions of the peace of our said Lord the King
last mentioned by Another Writ of our said Lord the King the Sheriff of the County of
Middx aforesaid is Commanded that he cause [..] to be called the said John
Tennant from County Court to County Court untill according to the Lawn and Customs
of England the said John Tennant< no role > be Outlawed if he doth not Appear and if he doth
Appear that then he take him and safely keep him so that he have his Body before
the Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the peace of our said Lord the King in the County of
Middx aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and
other Misdeeds [..] committed in the same County at the next General Session of
the Peace to be holden for the County of Middx aforesaid next after the first day of
August next ensuing to Answer to [..] ur said Lord the King concerning a certain
Felony whereof he Stands Indicted and upon which the said Sheriff now returneth
that the said John Tennant< no role > is not found in his Bailiwick And also at the same last
mentioned General Sessions of the Peace of our said Lord the King so as aforesaid
holden by another Writ of our said Lord the King the Sheriff of the County of Middx
aforesaid is Commanded that he take the aforesaid John Tennant< no role > if he shall be
found in his Bailiwick and him safely keep so that he have his Body before the
Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the peace of our said Lord the King [..] in the County of
Middx aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and
other misdeeds committed in the same County at the General Sessions of the peace
of our said Lord the King to be held for the County of Middx aforesaid next after the
