The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Olave
Silver Street London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the said City and Liberty's thereof (one being of
the Quorum) bearing Date the 26th day of August last, Mary
Cowley Wife of William Cowley< no role > who is run away from her, and
their Child John < no role > Aged one Year were removed from the
Parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate London to the said Parish of
Saint Olave Silver Street London Adjudging the last
Legal Settlement of the said Mary Cowley< no role > and her said
Child to be in the said Parish of Saint Olave Silver Street
by which said Order of the said two Justices your Petitioners
apprehend themselves Aggreved. And therefore Appeal therefrom

this Honourable Court to be releived in the
Premisses as to Your Lordship shall
seem meet and Your Petitioners will
