upon the Oath of the said Sarah and Other
Circumstances that the last legal Settlement of her said husband is in
the Parish of St. Mary Aldermanbury
London Now upon hearing the
Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary Aldermanbury
against
the Warrant & Judgment of the said two Justices in the Presence and
hearing of the Overseers of the Poor of the said Precinct of
Whitefryers
who Consented to have the Appeal Allowed and the Order
Quashed It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that the Warrant and
Judgment of the said two Justices be Quashed and the Appeal allowed
Accordingly and that they the said Henry Bishop< no role >

be
Sent back and Delivered to the Overseers of the Poor of the said
Precinct of Whitefryers
London to be by them Maintained and
Provided for untill they Can Free themselves from the Charge
thereof by due Course of Law.
