of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Libertys thereof in their General Quarter
Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph Without Bishopgate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and Seals
of Robert Willmott< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor and Daniel Lambert< no role > Esqr . two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London and the Liberty's thereof
(one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 2d. Day of April 1743 Ann
Longdon Singlewoman was Removed from the Parish of Saint Nicholas lb/>AconeLondon to the Parish of St. Botolph Without Bishopsgate London
aforesaid Adjudging the last Legal Place of Settlement of the said Ann
Longdon to be thereandyour Petitioners Conceiving themselves Agrieved
by the said Order and Judgment of the said Two Justices Do humbly
Appeal there from and humbly Pray that the Benefit of the said Appeal may be Saved unto them and that the same may be Adjourned untill the appr Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for the said City and also to grant your Petitioner suchfurther [..] Rellese in the Premises as [..]
your Worships shall Seem meet& Convenient

And yr. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
