Alledging the said Parish of St.
Giles without Cripplegate
to be the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Hannah And that the Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
Said Warrant or Order of thethesaid two Justices do therefore appeal
to this Court there from whereupon at the request of the Petitioners
It is Ordered by this Court that the Beinfeit of the said Appeal be
Saved unto them and that the Hearing and determining there of be
and the same is hereby Adjourned untill the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the City of London
and that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Sepulchre
(upon Notice of this Order) and all Persons concerned do Attend
the Court of the said Next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said City on Monday the tenth day of October next
at Eight of the Clock in the Forenoonhereto hear and abide the Judgmt. and
determination of the same Court touching the said Appeal And it is
