and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London That Edward
Frevil and Margaret his wife are

lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said Edward Frevil< no role > yt. abt 37 Years ago being then a Singleman he serve
William Ennes< no role > a Butcher living in the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre London for the
spare of One Year & upwds as a Yearly hired Servt. at Seven Pounds Tenn Shillings a Year
during all which time the sd: William Ennes< no role > paid for his Lodging & he did Lodge in the
sd Pish of St. Sepulchre in the sd. County of Middlesex
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said Edward Frevil< no role > and Margaret< no role > his wife

to be in the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre Middlesex
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
Edward Frevil< no role > and Margaret< no role > his wife
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
Saint Sepulchre Middlesex
And them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this 24th day of August
one Thousand Seven hundred and Forty two
