Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Andrew Undershaft
London.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands & Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the
said City and Libertys thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the first day of this Instant January 1741

Undershaft London alledging the said Parish of St Andrew
Undershaft
to be the place of her last Legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the
sd two Justices Do therefore Appeal to your
Lordship & Worships therefrom & humbly
pray that your Lordship & Worships will
be pleased to save them the benefit of this
Appeal over to the next General Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for this City
& the Libertys thereof And that the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St Peters Cornhill
London may then
appear before you to hear & abide the
Judgmt. & determination of your Lordsp
& Wordships touching this Appeal
