The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of St. Diouis Backchurch
London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of George Heathcote< no role > Esqr . Lord
Mayor of the City of London an [..] never Ladbroke
Esqr . two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for
the said City (one being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 25th. day of September last Mary Braban< no role >
Widow of Robert Braban< no role > was removed from
the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London
to the parish of St. Diouis Backchurch London
as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petrs. humbly conceiving then of
Aggrieved by Warrt. and Judgmt. of the said be so
Justices humbly Appeal to this Honble Court
for relief in the Premisses
