Lord Mayor of the City of London and the Past of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said City
at their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace at
Guild Hall now Assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under [..]
and Seales of Your Lordship and W: Bernard Esqr two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the Said City (one being of the
Quorum) Edward Frevil< no role > and Margaret< no role > his Wife were removed
from the Parish of St Sepulchure London to the said Parish
of st Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex as the place of
the last Legal Settlement of the said Edward Frevil by
Which order of Removal Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
to be Aggreived.

They therefore humbly Pray to be heard by their
Councell on the Said Appeal and that this Honoble
Court Will hear and determine the same the Church
Wardens etc of St Sepulchre's London being Served
With timely Notice of this Appeal

And Yor Petitioners Shall ever Pray Etc.
