Wm. Adams< no role > of the same place Peruke maker And Mary< no role > the
Wife of John Wood< no role > of the same place Plaisterer Severally
and not one for the other Severally make Oath And first the
said Mary Wood< no role > for her self Sayth That she is well acquaintacon
with Elizabeth Pope< no role > the Prosecutrix in this Cause who formerly
Lodged with this Depont. and That on Fryday or Saturday last
this Depont. did Sea the sd. Eliza Pope Walking in the street
Called Barbican aforesd. and asked her how she did to which
She replied that she was very well and had been with her
Lawyer about business or used words to that or the like Effect
and these Deponts. Thos. Thornborrow< no role > & Wm Adams< no role > Severally Say
That They have been this day About two of the Clock to See &
View the said Elisabeth Pope< no role > and that she doth not appear
in the Judgment of these Deponts. to have any Fever or Visible
distemper that may any ways hinder her personal Attendance
in this Honourable Court Excepting her old age
