Maketh Oath That John Drinkwater< no role > the Prosecutor in
this Cause was a Witness & did give Evidenceagon
Thursday last against John Warwick< no role > one of the
above defendants in a Cause of Fellony and the said
John Drinkwater was by this Honoble Court taken
into Custody & Committed to Newgate where he now
remains And this Deponant further Saith that
he went To Newgate To the said John Drink water
& gave him notice that the Deft. Richard Curtis< no role >
was very Ill of a feaver and that he would now
this Honoble [..] Court by Affidavit that his Recognizance might
be respited untill the next Sessions unto which the
Said Drinkwater Consented that this Cause agt.
the Defendant Curtis might be put of untill the
next Sessions

Sworn in Court at Justicehall
in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs
of the City of London on Saturday
the eleventh day of September 1736
