That Richard Curtis< no role > of Fleet Lane London Harts horn Shaver One of
the Defendants in this Cause is at this time and for five or Six
days last past hath been Violently Ill of a feaver and for all [..]
time hath kept his Bed and hath not been Able to do otherwise
And this Deponant further Saith that the said Richard Curtis< no role > is now
Very Ill and Weak that he is not able to come abroad without
danger of Looseing his Life
