one of the above Defendants maketh Oath that he this
Depont. did on the fourteenth day of his Instant December deliver up to John
Amson the Prosecutor in this Cause all the papers Goods and other things in
his this Deponts. Custody or power or which he this Depont. knows of which
relate or belong to the said John Amson< no role >
or which this Dept. was ever
possessed of by virtue of a Distress for rent upon the Goods of the said John
Amson the Prosecutor or otherwise saveing what are mentioned and contained in the
Inventary of the Goods distrained by this Dept. & saveing also a Water
Tub which this Dept. is willing and desirous to deliver upto the said John
Amson and which is now at Mr. Bickerton's a Porter in Naked Boy Court on
Ludgate Hill
but the said Amson Senels himself (and cannot be found by
this Dept though this Dept. hath made diligently enquiry after him) in
order as this Dept. verily believes to evade discharging Elizabeth Sanco< no role >
one of the Defendts. in his Cause out of the Poultry
Compter Pursuant to the
Order of Court made in this Cause although Generall Releaves are
executed between the said Amson and this Dept: & the other Defts
which said Releases are in the hands of James Atkinson< no role >
one of the
Serjeants at Mace
of the City of London
who refuses to deliver the
same to this Depont.
